Kit is Senior Consultant at Brakeley Search and the Co-Founder of Talent Decisions, an innovative candidate assessment platform. Kit has over 15 years’ experience in executive search and previously was a Partner at Momenta Partners.

Born in Bangladesh, raised in the UK and now living in California after 10 years in Texas, Kit has broad experience in executive search spanning multiple industries and geographies, and has deep experience bringing diverse talent into client organizations. He brings unique insights about talent and how to find and develop those undiscovered leaders that can have the greatest impact. Outside his career in executive search, Kit has owned a series of tutoring centers and has worked with local school districts to develop math intervention programs for high school and middle school students.

Kit holds a Master’s degree in Decision Sciences from the London School of Economics and a Bachelor’s degree in Biology with Business Studies from Queen Mary College. Kit was a musician in an earlier life and his hobbies include reading, travel, martial arts, gardening, and cooking.
