Sarah Anderson, Consulting Assistant

Sarah has experience in benchmarking, research, and office management. She lends her expertise both in client services and in the company’s administration. She has been with Brakeley Briscoe since 2012.

With respect to research, Sarah conducts individual profiling, benchmarking, and general research. She has familiarity with research-oriented databases (e.g., EBSCO and D&B Million Dollar Database, Guidestar, Foundation Directory Online Professional) and internet search strategies. She also researches new services/products that may be of interest to our clients.

Some of the clients she has worked with include Friends of the San Francisco Public Library, Hospice of the East Bay, CalArts, The Arc of Spokane, Portland Community College Foundation, and International School-to-School Partnerships.

Sarah also provides support to the office administration. She manages workflow, makes database improvements, and manages interview scheduling. She authors articles for Brakeley Briscoe’s weekly internal company newsletter on a variety of topics. She also creates ads for BBI in Adobe Illustrator.

Sarah has a B.A. in History from Smith College (MA) and a Library Information Technology Certificate from City College of San Francisco. She spent a year abroad studying in Russia, and is conversant in both Russian and Mandarin.
