Jonna E. Hunter, Consulting Associate

Jonna Hunter has deep experience in managing annual fund and major gifts programs. Her specialties are higher education and arts, and she has particular skills in marketing and media relations.

At Stanford University Graduate School of Business Jonna served as Associate Director of the Business School Fund (reunion and annual giving) and as Associate Director, Major Gifts where she focused on gifts in the $250,000 to $500,000 range.

Jonna has been Major Gifts Officer for the Metropolitan Museum of Art's national campaign ($650 million goal). She has also managed corporate and institutional giving for the Museum of the City of New York and the American Museum of Natural History.

Her volunteer leadership service includes the Contemporary Jewish Museum (San Francisco), Bing Nursery School (Palo Alto) and Lucile Packard Children's Hospital (Palo Alto).

As an account executive in marketing and public relations she has served E*TRADE, British Telecom, PGA, 2002 Winter Olympics, Tate Modern, Hitachi and Women.com.

She holds a degree in Journalism from the University of Oregon and a master of science in Architecture - Historic Preservation from Colombia University (NY).
