BBI provides multiple services in the area of fundraising technology. For those who have no fundraising software, or are stuck with Excel or an in-house developed system which either no longer works or doesn't work well, BBI can help a client define its needs, review several possible systems, and select the best system for the particular client.
There isn't a single "best system" out there, but there is a best system for each client and BBI can help you define your needs and select the best system to achieve those needs.
For those who have a system which doesn't seem to be working, we can do an audit of the problems and recommend what you should do. Often we can save you money by helping you clean up the data in your current system and reconfigure it rather than going through the cost of buying a new system.
We also do functional and technical training on several of the major software packages.
